I've been coming here for 6 years and never had any issues, but last weekend I took my 12 year old daughter in and I was met with the rudest doctor I have ever met in my entire life. Dr.KOUSSAYER. If you don't like your job, get a new one, but to be so rude, cold and snappy towards a literal child is sickening & because of her horrible bedside manner and terrible attitude towards a sick child and their parent, we will never be back here again. If you go and the physician is TOKUNBO ADENIYI - walk out. Go somewhere else. She has the worst bedside manner. Like I’ve never dealt with such a horrible doctor. She doesn’t read your chart. Won’t let you talk. Gets mad when she is JABBING you in the ear when you have ear pain so you slightly move. I was literally told to go to the closest hospital by UTMB and she acted as if I was out of line for coming here. I don’t understand how she has a job. But nurse Patti? Amazing. This place used to be good. Last couple of times we've been they have sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy even though I told them we're to send it. The one they sent it to doesn't accept my insurance. One being a controlled substance so I couldn't transfer it to the right pharmacy and the Dr wouldn't be in for a week to rewrite the script, so my only option was to come back in and see another DR or pay full price for the med.
