The company make promises they cant keep, they cant fill shifts and advise at the last minute.... Or two workers will show up for the same shift .The office staff are complacent and dont even try to remedy the issues. The office staff dont seem to have the foresight or understanding that carers need assistance and that is what their staff are supplied for.
