Horrible. I had an appointment for 3 weeks to get my IUD out and my boyfriend even took the day off to take me to my appointment since I would be in pain. I was having mental health concerns due to my birth control and pain. I expressed this to them when I booked the appointment. They called me only 3 hours before my appointment to cancel. I had to go to the ER. Horrible clinic, you should be able to accommodate your patients- also the receptionist was rude.
The “doctor” that gave me an exam, Nicole Long, completely violated my trust and consent. I came in for a general checkup, and I specifically told the nurse multiple times that I did not want a pap smear since I’d already had one recently. Despite that, Nicole performed one without my consent and only admitted it after I asked what she was doing. The receptionist is rude. Terrible customer service. Terrible people skills. If she can’t be a nice person she shouldn’t be in this line of work.
A routine yearly blood test was denied by my insurance because of their coding and now I'm left to pay the full bill. My insurance has reached out multiple times to request the office fix the error, but they refuse, citing they "never recode and are not wrong." I had to switch providers because I am unwilling to pay out of pocket when I have insurance to pay for routine preventative care. It's a shame, as I did like the medical care I received, but was only at the facility twice.
