The receptionist is rude. Terrible customer service. Terrible people skills. If she can’t be a nice person she shouldn’t be in this line of work.
A routine yearly blood test was denied by my insurance because of their coding and now I'm left to pay the full bill. My insurance has reached out multiple times to request the office fix the error, but they refuse, citing they "never recode and are not wrong." I had to switch providers because I am unwilling to pay out of pocket when I have insurance to pay for routine preventative care. It's a shame, as I did like the medical care I received, but was only at the facility twice.
Amy, the ultrasound tech is amazing! She was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly during the appointment. She made our day! NP Nicole Long and her awesome medical assistant, the front office staff, all of them provide top-notch care. Thank you guys, you’re the best!
I have been going to this practice for about 25 years and it has just gone downhill. I called to make my annual appointment and was told I HAD to see the doctor I saw last year even though her schedule did not work with mine and I have only ever seen her one other time . Ever since Dr. Voss left I have been passed on to another Dr and each one has left the practice. There is no flexibility to see another provider for the Parker location for whatever reason and have been told to call back for appointments starting in January ... read more
