The “doctor” that gave me an exam, Nicole Long, completely violated my trust and consent. I came in for a general checkup, and I specifically told the nurse multiple times that I did not want a pap smear since I’d already had one recently. Despite that, Nicole performed one without my consent and only admitted it after I asked what she was doing. The receptionist is rude. Terrible customer service. Terrible people skills. If she can’t be a nice person she shouldn’t be in this line of work.
A routine yearly blood test was denied by my insurance because of their coding and now I'm left to pay the full bill. My insurance has reached out multiple times to request the office fix the error, but they refuse, citing they "never recode and are not wrong." I had to switch providers because I am unwilling to pay out of pocket when I have insurance to pay for routine preventative care. It's a shame, as I did like the medical care I received, but was only at the facility twice.
Amy, the ultrasound tech is amazing! She was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly during the appointment. She made our day! NP Nicole Long and her awesome medical assistant, the front office staff, all of them provide top-notch care. Thank you guys, you’re the best!
