My daughter was scheduled to se Nuphar Lendner. My husband was coming from a bit away and called to tell the clinic he would be 5 minutes late. When he arrived at the medical complex, he could not find the building and there was no one around to ask. He finally found an office that was willing to direct him and showed up 19 minutes late (4 minutes past their cutoff). "I cannot say enough about the care my daughter received. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely generous with their time and patience. It felt like they cared for my child’s visit & not just a patient, and made a very difficult time in our lives much better. The 2 front desk assistants, Dr.Lendner and Alyssa Stone were always eager to ensure we received help & were comfortable and met all our needs. This office is a mess, phone lines are a problem, poor management, waste of time, not accountable, poor communication, worst doctors office I have ever seen. No one is good at their job here. Go somewhere else!!!
