I love Dr Erin Ferrara. She has been my obgyn for most of my adult life and I can't imagine a more caring and compassionate Dr to be with me through it all. Her front office team is amazing as well and will always welcome you with a smile.
I really had no luck with the doctor office receptionists. I was gonna be a new patient here but they kept messing up my appointments. First, my appointments got moved up from 3pm to 10am then I called to reschedule since that won't work. They rescheduled me but didn't let me know thatv it was gonna be at Denver location instead of Broomfield like my original appointment. I found out and called a day before an appointment, right after they opened to let them know that I won't be able to make it to this location and need to c... read more
