HCA healthcare does not take complaints about their hospitals seriously. Blood on a BABIES hospital bed it unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I originally filed a complaint and Thomas Cook gave me a call and seemed like they were going to do something about this matter but guess what? never heard anything else like he said I would. I have tried contacting them over this matter multiple times with no response. You would think they would want better sanitation protocols and repercussions for this?
Google maps was confusing to get there. The place is clean!
