My family members was in PCU while recovering from an illness. Paulette T was his patient care technician while he was recovering and she took the absolute best care of him during his time. She is attentive to detail, she made him feel loved. I’m thankful to the staff for helping him get better and work towards getting him home.
The worst ER visit ever, my lab and imaging was NEVER uploaded to the hospital patient Health portal. It's been a week and even the ED nurse station confirmed the email address and yet nothing is in my portal. I would not recommend visiting this hospital. Beware, you have to chase and call just to get your results on the portal and as we speak my info still isn't uploaded. HCA is a crappy organization and should've stayed out of Broward county.
