I love Nikkol Grinnell! She's been my PCP for a couple years. She is very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. She seems to genuinely care about my concerns and she explains things in a way I can understand. I'm so thankful to have her as my PCP.
The office is pleasant. The provider is very knowledgeable. She will draw a diagram to explain diagnosis as appropriate. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers questions.
As I explained in a lengthy email with this practice, you will not get objective responses from Grinnell. It's her way or the highway, offering up no options. No bedside manner at all and had an attitude in her face and gestures when she came in the room. A devastating diagnoses that she had no interest at all in trying to soften the blow, basically scaring me to death and not caring about my feelings at all about it. If I could give a million stars I would. Dr Tracy and her assistant Becki are fabulous they do not try to rush you in and out of the office they take their time to listen to you and meet your medical needs
