It wasn't very busy yet we were there for 4 hours total. Cat scans were efficient. The ER doctor spoke very fast to us seniors so that we were unable to process what she said. We waited for discharge but after 4 hours with nothing to eat or drink, we left AMA. I had a lot of trouble logging in to the portal to see the reports. Had to call portal tech support twice. I went to West Marion to get a copy of my record and was told there are no records on-site. What!

Very prompt and very attentive to my problems. I have been an actual in hospital patient at this facility having surgery approximately a year and eight months prior to this visit. Excellent staff!

I found that the staff was very professional & proficient. They took very good care of me, & they were all friendly & kind.

I just wrote my experience.... Do i have to again.... My doctor sent me to the hospital. I arrived at 7:00 pm. The hospital was closed so i had to enter through the ER. Was put in a rather small uncomfortable wheelchair, No offer of food or water. AT 3:00 AM (8 HOURS LATER) THEY FOUND ME A. ROOM AND A BED.
