My husband and I have used this facility several times. We have always been taken in with very little wait time. The staff has always been friendly. The center is fully equipped with a lab. CT and X-ray on site. I recommend this to all of my friends . My only complaint is a lack of pillows!

Upon arrival at the Emergency Room the attitude of the shift was non-chalant. (I had fell backwards at my home about 7feet and hit my head and busting a hole in my paneling). The doctor who came up to me did not look at the cut on my head nor did he check my eyes for concussion. I was taken to a room and the nurse was nice but did not clean my head wound nor bandage it. Pros: I had a slip and fall in shower backwards injuries, but was only reviewed for partial injuries (knees and head). Loss of blood flow in both legs not evaluated- told probably a pinched nerve, thats it. Back, hips and severe side abdominal pain hard to move and walk. Heading back to different ER for additional diagnosis and treatment.

I was a transfer from a free standing ER, so I was only in the ER (a half hr at the most, I believe) awaiting to be tx’d to my room. I’m that shirt amount of time, I can say the staff was very professional yet friendly and attentive.
