The staff was great. My complaint is while captive during the MRI process, perfectly still, listening to the calming, soothing music trying to drown out the clanking, bumping, grinding sounds, I am treated to a 30-second pharmaceutical advertisement. Really? Can't afford ad-free music? Or getting a kick-back? Otherwise, all was good.

They dont answer they're damn phone just like Lakeview and or just like Lakeview are rude well some from them and you have test out patient , you can be with them , and it's supposed to be the other way around

The phone system and appt system they have used the last several years is terrible. Only reason I have stayed with hca is my dr. Trying to get a cash price on a chest xray. 3 phone numbers later I’m given information to go to a third party website and fill out a ton of information so they can send me an email. NO! I don’t work for you. You’re supposed to be providing a little customer service. Plenty of other HC systems in the area. HCA has really gone done in many areas over the last few years.
