The phone system and appt system they have used the last several years is terrible. Only reason I have stayed with hca is my dr. Trying to get a cash price on a chest xray. 3 phone numbers later I’m given information to go to a third party website and fill out a ton of information so they can send me an email. NO! I don’t work for you. You’re supposed to be providing a little customer service. Plenty of other HC systems in the area. HCA has really gone done in many areas over the last few years.

Arrived for appt, had pre-register ed, had to wait for extremely busy check in. Then sat in crowded waiting room for 30 minutes before I was told I arrived late therefore they were too busy to do my mammogram. I am a former employee with over 41 years there. I had heard the patient services had gone down. But I didn't want to believe it.

Super nice staff ,the tech really cared about my comfort. Also very convenient quest lab's next door so I was able to get blood work and mri done same place
