Everyone was lovely
Being in an ER is never fun, but I give all respect to the many employees from several departments who cared for me during the 5 or so hours before being admitted. The ER was very busy and there was necessary waiting for results from various tests. Nevertheless I was never left alone for long stretches without someone checking on me.
Staff treated my son respectfully and with care. Check-in process was simple and quick. Staff would come and check on him while we waited. Everyone was great.
Wonderful fast emergence visit.
Professional and showed empathy towards my medical needs. Great job!
