Unfortunately I fell on Valentines Day and realized I probably broke my ankle. My son in law was able to dive me to the new emergency room at the Pea Ridge Connector. They came to the car with a wheel chair to bring me in and a few minutes later they brought me back. Everyone was kind, helpful and very professional. Everything was clean and well taken care of, They took x-rays right in the room on a portable machine so I did not have to be moved, I had broken a bone and a lot of soft tissue damage. The staff was very attentive and nice. The ER runs very efficiently. Good People.
I found the staff here to be really nice, caring and extremely professional. There was no lengthy wait and was immediately attended to. I felt they had a genuine concern for my care and well being. Im happy and greatfull to have this facility so close to home.
