Could not swallow liquid or eat anything and was like that for several days before going to West End. Also, a diabetic and should maybe have received some fluids. They prescribed some medication but by the time we were discharged all the pharmacies were closed. Had to suffer another painful evening without medical help
I was in and out. Being checked out throughly, 4 test ran within 30 minutes and all results was back including ct within a hour and half. Thank you guys for being fast, efficient but most of all I felt so much better upon leaving! Everything was explained both throughly tests , results and after going care thank you!
No compassion. I have stage 4 cancer and got sunburn on my legs. Wanted 3 day work note but blond male dr wouldn't get off 2 days . Didn't even give or recommend burn cream !!! Rotten.I am senior citizen w cancer have to put heavy steel toed boots on and walk like this for 10 hours a day and climb metal stairs . I have pics after work today. Swollen legs even worse and even more reddining!!! Thx for nothing.

Hands down the best ER experience I’ve had yet! I went in feeling like actual death. They ran bloodwork, scans, EKG, etc. They found out I had a kidney infection. They gave me IV’s, antibiotics, and meds for the overbearing pain. I put off going to the ER for a week and a half.. All because of bad past experiences.
