I was quickly and properly treated. I felt silly for going to the hospital for a migraine, but I sat in the Fort Walton Beach Medical waiting room for almost two hours before I left to come here. Before I even finished signing myself in, they had someone come out to get me with a wheelchair, which was amazing because I am physically disabled and normally don't get offered one. Thank you guys sincerely.

Left before being seen, we waited almost 3 hours before calling it a night. I was told Monday was one of their busiest nights, if that's the case it should be staffed accordingly. There was a gentleman in the lobby, obviously struggling as his blood pressure was too high (197/145), and his wife said they had been waiting for 2 hours already. The staff was great, and it's unfortunate if they don't have applicants or can't keep people, but if that is the case maybe shut the doors and visit a better way of operating.

All I wanted was a blood pressure reading and left with a 250.00 bill. Mind you I was there 2 days prior so they told me nothing new but my insurance was billed again and I have to pay the copay again 250.00 i should have just go to the fire dept.

The customer service at HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital Emergency Room was some of the best. I was seen timely and with great attitude. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained as the process proceeded. One of the fastest experiences I have had in an ER Room.
