Waited 2 months for appointment. Had 2:30pm appointment 1/29/24. Nobody called to let anyone know that the doctor was not going to be there. Many upset people. I took the day off work, drove there, wasted my time. Then they wanted to re-schedule for April, another 3 months. Wow!
You should cancel this appointment Jan. 29th 2024. I don't care for the way your office is run. I came in as scheduled but my insurance requires a referral/authorization which YOU never got. Your office should have been aware of the requirement and it's quite concerning that not one person even asked for it. I knew better than to just go ahead and see the doctor when you called me back. I was asked in almost immediately after arriving. Doctor Lewis is very pleasant and efficient. Nice nurses. If only the phone response in HCA was quicker all would be good.
