Professional and most streamline emergency care
Very poor customer service the nurse who was working with me at first was highly unprofessional. The other nurse didn’t even know how to use the EKG and tried for over 10 minutes (uneducated). After the nurse took 4 vials of blood she told me she needed a urine test and then I would be taken back for a CAT scan. After my CAT scan she came back in and got 2 more vials of blood and left the IV on the table for over a hour and a half until I asked don’t I need the IV that has been left on the table??? The ER doctor gave me antibiotics and I had no infection. I asked for toroidal and they refused. They continue to give me morphine that did not help but continue to do so every hour for 6 hours. Once I was admitted and moved to a room things changed for the better. I would not recommend to no one. My stay was good but the ER was by far my worst experience ever.
