I had an awful experience during my visit. I went in feeling really sick, with flu-like symptoms, and unfortunately, I never got any better. After two days, I ended up going to urgent care, where they diagnosed me with strep throat and an ear infection. I immediately started antibiotics. The HCA Emergency room didn’t check my throat or ears, and it honestly felt like they just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. very poor, doctors said I didn't need to come there I needed to go to another doctor for my injured knee. took 1 X-ray never offered me a brace or nothing only drugs which I refused.
The staff was very friendly. Nurse Ryan was very kind and helpful when i was getting my blood drawn and let him know it gives me anxiety, but he made it go very smoothly and comfortably for me.
