The Ed NP should familiarize herself with the patients " Bill of Rights",couple with improving on her interpersonal skills. The patient is the MOST important person and should be an integral part of the plan of care. This is not a communist country and as Anericans, we have the right to choose.
First time in hospital in over 40+ years. That said, my experience in HCA was a tolerable one. Nurses, outstanding. DR's helpful, knowledgeable, but not enough face time. To Chef, food good. Personal food service afforded to me during hard days. Staff is outstanding and very accommodating. Will recommend HCA to everyone here at Solivita. Hope to God I never see you folks at HCA again, Great job!!!
A good place to get tests done. Efficient, and on time. All staff have been friendly, and considerate. Never had a problem going there.
