This is the worst place to go… I went there last night and no help from doctor or nurse… The nurse was busy on her phone and the doctor never came to room

My experience at this facility was extremely disappointing. The day shift nurse who was assigned to me started an IV that infiltrated, and when I reported pain at the site, she argued with me instead of addressing the issue. Unfortunately, the night shift nurse was even worse displaying a poor attitude and being largely avoidant. To make matters worse, I arrived with a critically low hemoglobin level of 3.2 at 5 PM, yet my blood transfusion was not started until six hours later, despite the urgency of the situation. I was checked in very quickly and taken into an examining room after a very short wait. A nurse came in to check my vitals and said that a doctor would be in shortly. The doctor came in and asked me why I was there. I said that I thought my cold had gone into bronchitis and I needed an antibiotic. The doctor wanted to be sure that I did not have pneumonia and ordered an xray of my lungs. Then later, I was told that the xray was normal and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I was discharged.
