Staff is very friendly, but man did this place drop the ball. Wife came in with severe abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding which we suspected was an ectopic pregnancy. They confirmed it as such and discharged my wife with absolutely no treatment plan. We had to go to South Florida Baptist Hospital where they IMMEDIATELY assessed the situation as life threatening. Had we waited another week, I very well would have lost my wife. Get it together.

I had a situation where a woman I was with got heavily intoxicated and fell down the stairs and had a big gash on her elbow and was bleeding a lot and refusing to go to the hospital and became highly aggressive and started talking about suicide and harming herself and all kinds of crazy things. We finally convinced her to go to the emergency room and this is the emergency room we took her to. Dr markel and Dr Dennis rn helped me out so much my anxiety was up they calmed me down took good care of me made me feel safe in out of dangers way they even went above in beyond to give me snacks for my blood sugar when it went low I will definitely recommend coming here over any other place Dennis is very gentle with the Ivs I barely felt it in even referred me to another good er near my home Markel gave me all the information I needed to treat my condition both them worked together to make me feel safe in that warm welcom... read more
