I’ve read some of the reviews and am kind of surprised because my experience was nothing short of great. I was called back to a room as soon as I arrived. Both the male and female nurse on staff were great and attentive. The doctor I saw was also very kind and helpful. They were very supportive and quick with a plan of care. I was out within an hour. Highly recommend this ER if in need. I hope whomever responds to these can look up my visit and see the doctor and nurse that cared for me because they were great.

My 5 star review ONLY goes for the charge nurse Jordan, He was AMAZING and so compassionate on my visit in the middle of the night . He was so sweet and caring and always made me feel pampered. I was immediately received and checked in by the staff. About everything else it makes this ER looks really bad when you as a patient feels from any other staff members that I should not be there if I’m not dying, bleeding and whatever you feels is not enough and you’re making them lose their time.

I came middle of the night with some respiratory issues and body aches. The nurse was very nice and welcoming. The doctor, however, was very judgemental. He kept asking me questions in a slightly rude tone as if I shouldn't be at the hospital at all. He even asked, "if it comes back being covid, what are you going to do?" I said, "I don't know. That's your job. I guess take care of it at home." The entire interaction gave the impression of "you're wasting my time coming to the ER". Also, it wasn't covid. He didn't even figur... read more

For profit hospital. God forbid anyone walks into this hospital expecting proper care. Uncle almost died going into this ER and doctors could not install a heart pump without cutting him internally and him nearly bleeding to death. Save a life and drive down to Orlando health down the road with doctors who actually know what they are doing. You are in better hands having Ray Charles treat you vs going to a HCA. Especially the East Osceola emergency location.
