DO NOT GO THERE! Find a different Urgent care! They're literally thieves. I just went in to get my back checked and get an injection for the pain, and they charged almost $5,000! My insurance covered some of it, but I still ended up paying a $1,700 copay. It's just ridiculous.
I am extremely disappointed with the care and treatment we received at this emergency room. In December, I brought my mom here, and she was placed in a room and left there for hours. She was barely checked on, and communication was extremely poor. We were there for approximately 10 hours. What made this even more frustrating was that we were practically the only patients there, so there was no reason for us to be left waiting and receiving so little communication.
