I called to schedule a appointment and the guy who answered my call gonna ask me creepy questions and ask me stuff that's NONE of his business. Weird. People here don't respect your personal life
I had to get 3 back to back MRIs done today. This was completed by Travis [or maybe it was Tyler]. He was very kind, patient, and professional. It didn't feel rushed and he made sure that I understood the process. I truly appreciate the kindness that you don't often see in many medical facilities. Great service. Thank you.
It will take at least 45 min of listening to a terrible waiting soundtrack if you try to call the scheduling.
I have to say I was skeptical, because of prior posts, but I received the opposite service from the staff, reception was very polite and Tiffany was also friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable, I was very pleased. Very satisfied
This place is not what I expected but I got through it. The front desk lady was awkward. Tiffany was very impersonal and a little rude. Andrea and the student was very nice. Never spoke with the radiologist directly. I don't think I want to go back there.
