Although a lot of the previous reviews are glowing, think twice about the level of communication. A recent admission sent an elderly man with a 10 day old, traumatic hip replacement with advanced dementia Home by himself with no family in town to care for him. He has advanced dementia, but yet was still according to patient rights, refuse home, healthcare, and private duty nursing. My mother went through several weeks of rehabilation therapy here after three weeks in the hospital. She had to learn to walk again and we were not to sure we would be leaving with her doing so. She was back to walking with her cane/walker. Everyone was great but without Randy she would not have made it as far as she did. His energy and the manner in which he encourages his patients is what made the difference for my mother. He will not let a patient back down and keeps them engaged because he is very personable and lively.
