My son came here from the trauma ICU from over at the Orange Park medical Center March 5th from a horrific motorcycle accident with multiple fractures, The level of care and attention he got from the entire staff is first rate, I couldn't think of anything they could of done better, the best part is not just the facility and the pt and ot he got, but it's THE PEOPLE, all the people working there are just plain terrific!
This place is more interested in your money than the patient. Trying to keep my mother a week after she should have been released. She is now being held against her will.And I am fighting management to have her go home.
Yes, today I was released from the rehab center, and I will truly miss them the staff there , includes housekeeping on up to the resident doctors. I got EXCELLENT care all the way around. I COMMEND THEIR EXPERTISE AND PROFESSIONALISM
Do NOT send your loved ones here. My family member came back with horrible bed sores on her heels. She complained multiple times about them tucking her sheets in too tightly on her feet and hurting her and they ignored her. Horrible horrible horrible! It's impacting her recovery at home after her major surgery. BED SORES! You get bedsores from ignorant lazy nurses who AREN'T DOING THEIR JOB! I can't believe they called these people heros when they can't even do basic care!
I could not be happier with the group at this facility. Extremely caring. Kudos to Ed, Melissa, Claudia, and everyone else! You are all amazing!
