I am a patient at the rehab with a very serious injury. I believe my care is excellent from the doctors, nurses PTs, speech therapist, and the personnel that are in a CNA role. I did have a problem with my OT who was late, not bathing me properly and just wants to get it done as quickly as possible. She should not be in that role. I complained and the director came to my room within minutes and listened to me and made the necessary changes to accommodate They have changed personnel on me again with no valid reason. My family and I are forever grateful to all the staff. Everyone played a major role in helping my husband getting healthy. Amazing physical therapy and occupational. Top ratings and best services. Dr. Nandaff is so caring and kind. I loved our case manager Melanie who checked on us. Ill never forget Alex or Elineen. Nurses were super sweet and caring. Everyone played a major role in helping my husband gain his strength to be discharged. Thank you.

My dad was just there for two weeks, after spending two weeks in HCA Orange Park Hospital. The care he received was amazing! The nurses, doctors, medical technicians, and the pt and ot therapists were very helpful, informative, caring and compassionate.
