If your a veteran using community care, do not use this facility. I used this facility for surgery 3 years ago. I was treated great, outstanding results. So, I needed further treatment and have had nothing but problems. I'd rather live with pain then deal with this business.
My fiance is scheduled for surgery this Wednesday and we will leave a review once he has recovered. However, I'm leaving this review for Dr. Rai's scheduler, Valerie. She has been so kind and helpful with getting everything scheduled, but the most important, she has been fighting with health insurance who originally denied coverage. After dealing with it for over a week, she called Friday with the good news that insurance approved. I may or may not have cried.
