Awful!!!! I will never step foot in that place again. I used to go there when It was Advanced Imaging and never had an issue. Very poorly managed. 4 hours of my life wasted for a mammogram. I'm just sorry I had to give them 1 star.
If I could give zero stars! I am having bad knee pain and had an X-ray over a month ago. If you try to speak with someone you get a recording that says that they are backed up getting X-rays reports to the doctor office! My doctor is fed up and so am I!!!
I sent over by an Urgent Care yesterday to get two CT scans. Advanced Imaging at Tealbrook told me they had to get an okay from my Insurance Co. First. I've been calling since 7:45 this morning and NO ONE will answer the Phone!
