I received immediate attention due to the nature of my injury. Xrays and Cat scans were taken of my face, ribs and wrist.. It took a while for doctors to review them. After they were read they decided to send me to the HCA hospital on the chance surgery will be required. I was very pleased with West Marion Hospital and staff. I was also very pleased with HCA and the staff. The nurses were all great, especially Brooke whose shift covered the time I was there during day time. Wonderful staff! Very caring and professional!
Worst hospital ever. I was never examined for my initial complaint. I was given tests without getting results. I was told specialists were coming to see me and they didn't show up for days. I never once saw or spoke to the attending physician. It was one mishap after another. Discharge papers did not give me the names of the specialists I was supposed to follow up with. Never again.
Very professional and efficient. Made me feel less anxious from check-in to discharge. Couldn't believe how soon I was discharged! (Approximately 1 hour)
