I went to HCA and was 100% satisfied with the care, until a looked at my patient portal and found offensive, defamatory, and incorrect information. I've called to have the information fixed and I have been given the run around by the hospital. Unfortunately, do to the hospital's unwillingness to resolve the problem I have no option but to forward this to legal counsel. In closing if you are choosing a hospital you may want to choose one that doesn't trample your rights as a patient. Richard Spooner

Came in limping, unable to put weight on my left leg due to a work injury. Took me back for xrays and a ct scan. Spent 4+ hours in a room and was given discharge papers before they even told me what was going on. They said they couldnt find anything and to go home and rest. I can't WALK and they just brushed me off and took whatever money they could from the scans. The nurses were kind for the most part. Just an awful experience with americanized Healthcare....HCA, I'm disappointed in you.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had in a hospital. I broke my back in a head on collision. They did close to nothing for me, i was there for 3 days.
