My recent experience at this emergency department was nothing short of appalling and profoundly disconcerting. From the outset, the intake process was handled with a level of apathy that bordered on negligence. I would like to express my gratitude for the care I received during the birth of my baby. The entire team was excellent. The nurses were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a big difference during such an important moment for me.The team that performed my C section was highly professional and made me feel safe at all times.
