I went in the emergency room with a real bad case of the flu. I was treated right away and they were very professional. Blood tests X-ray and everything was ok. I was there for almost 3 hours but I got the answers that I needed and was totally satisfied. as always!

All I encountered were very empathetic. I was In at 1:30am and I had a diagnosis within the hour. Meds started. By 9 I was in my room, Procedures started and Surgery scheduled. Consults done ect. I have had great experiences in all my visits since May 2025.

I first went here on Oct 21 aftera jarring fall. They only x-rayed my hips but not my back. I was sent home with muscle relaxant and pain prescriptions. I did complain of back pain but was ignored. 8 days later, I went back on Oct 29 because of the severe pain in my back. This time, they x-rayed my back and saw the burst Lumbar 2 fracture. I was transported to a trauma center by ambulance; where I spent a week. I don.t particularly blame Oak Hill but I do hold the ER staff responsible for the oversight.
