I been coming to oakhill for several years, Sadly I have done many long stays, I have at one time put 100% trust with my life in there hands, and they have saved me a few times, but since HCA has taken over things have changed for the worst, this is my 4th time here under there ownership, absolutely terrible... The NICU at Oak Hill was such a great place. The nurses made the experience so much easier. The night shift nurse Ann actually took time out of her schedule to make us feel comfortable and more at ease when we first arrived. During the day shift, Alexis was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Both nurses were so friendly and welcoming. They definitely deserve more recognition.
