I like to say what an awesome staff in the ER I had on my Sunday 07/19/2026 visit. My doctor Brad and my RN Logan and Kayla along with Miquel CNC were very professional and kind. Made me feel like the understood my concerns and made me feel heard.

I was hospitalized for blood infection due to cancer treatment , everyone on 3 rd floor was amazing , kind helpful caring, doctors were very nice and smart they kept on top of everything and after a week I was fixed up enough to go home , only negative thing I can say is THE FOOD! It was terrible! They need a new chef everything was either tasteless or taste terrible! Cold , over cooks flavor was horrible, I came home alive but very hungry , if you have a choice, complain, so they can change the cook or the menur

well i was hospitalized and sent to 4th floor 430-b...i was overwhelmed.... in came my CREW....the pt.'s that cared for me...my god where the BEST... my nurses were extremely patient focused, attentive, they made sure you were treated as a patient. the floor was well run and efficient...director should be very proud of the staff..... i would like give JoJo, she is a P.T. and is VERY GOOD at her profession !!!!! more than just a patient tech. she cares a lot she is and asset to your department !!!!! ... read more

i went to the e.r.,had pain in my left leg and hip.......excellent care.....went back two days later for dark stool, was admitted...from wheelchair to bed was treated with the greatest care and respect... 2nd floor (211) staf 2/9-2-10 staff was right on.....over night staff was incredible....endo on 2-19 huge shout out....made me comfortable(even though I'm a little crazy after sleep med) huge thank you,,,,,,oakhill rocked !!!!!dr .Muhamed thank you

In the last week of March, 2025, I began experiencing familiar symptoms of a kidney stone. I could not get and appointment for a CT scan before April 11th. After the second week with no success in passing the stone, we made the decision to go to the Emergency Room at Oak Hill hospital after breakfast on April 4th. I been coming to oakhill for several years, Sadly I have done many long stays, I have at one time put 100% trust with my life in there hands, and they have saved me a few times, but since HCA has taken over things have changed for the worst, this is my 4th time here under there ownership, absolutely terrible... I can go anywhere, as a Retired USMC 100% Disabled Veteran & Disabled I have 3 insurances, but my primary Doctor & most the staff are still awsome, but the new leadership has even hit this for the worst with all the c... read more

The NICU at Oak Hill was such a great place. The nurses made the experience so much easier. The night shift nurse Ann actually took time out of her schedule to make us feel comfortable and more at ease when we first arrived. During the day shift, Alexis was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Both nurses were so friendly and welcoming. They definitely deserve more recognition.
