I was nervous today. It was my first appointment. And I have no idea why are you so nervous! I have massive anxiety and depression and COPD and a lot of other horrible things going on with me that I was diagnosed for, and I got treated like Ivwas a hypochondriac every time I call my last doctor's office. So this is my first day at this office, and it went over seamlessly! When I first walked in, the women at the front desk were amazing! They helped me very quickly! Brent is fantastic and I truly enjoy my yearly visits; however, there is an office staff member, Brenda, who is rude and unprofessional. I had a bad experience on the phone with her last year and I let it slide (everyone has bad days), but it happened again this year. She is dismissive and has cut me off within the first 10 seconds of me introducing myself and the reason for my call. It’s a shame that this kind of behavior represents such a great facility and medical staff.
Miss Kathy makes it easy to set an appointment. Once you get there you get seen right away. And you are in and out the door in 30 minutes or less. The staff is very polite and courteous.
Dr Kelly has been wonderful to me and my husband . The whole staff treats us with the utmost care we love them all.
Since I came to Florida in 2023, I had 2 doctors. One at Bay Care and another doctor at HCA of Florida and I prefer Dr. Wessels because he is concerns about my health and he provides good answers to my questions.
