There are too many specifics to list here. 1) I was, on paper, admitted to the hospital but never moved out of the ER. I spent over 10 hours in the hallway of the ER which was a terrible experience in itself. We were told I couldn't have a room in the ER because I had been technically admitted to the hospital but was never moved out of the ER! There were plenty of empty rooms in the ER. They were fantastic. Was is and out with X-rays in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and efficient

Care felt rushed and incomplete. No care was given to the actual verification that there was no further damage to nerves, or functionality of the fingers or hand.

Dr. Vuletich and the entire staff were excellent. My only issue was the frustrating experience of dealing with the automated registration process. I was eventually able to register with a live person, the registrar was excellent, and the registration process was pleasant and went very smoothly.
