I was not seen at your facility.
I have had Tricare my entire adult life, yet this facility has billed me incorrectly TWICE resulting in bills in collections! When you call their out of state contracted customer service agency they provide no help and instead put the blame on individual physicians contracted through their facility that somehow bill separately or they want you to call the collection agency back so they can again tell you the bill is from HCA and HCA can you tell you they dont know who the bill is from. From the minute I walked in the doors to walking out, it was pretty impressive. I was on vacation and very sick and they were wonderful. I’m so glad they are close in case I need them in the future!!
The staff responded promptly to address the immediate issue, and I appreciated their courteous demeanor throughout my visit. Upon discharge, I was advised not to worry about the stitches—I was told I could shower, apply antibiotic ointment, keep the area covered, and wear a boot.
