I had previously good experiences, but not this last time (6/26/26, around 7/7:30pm). I was experiencing severe vertigo, weakness to the point that my husband had to put me in a wheelchair, and I was severely dehydrated. The doctor did not perform an exam, did not run tests and I had to practically beg for fluids. He was very rude and talked down on me. I had an unexpected medical issue yesterday while on vacation and was really nervous about going to the ER, especially one with which I was unfamiliar. However, the care I received here was professional and kind. Nurse Margie is an angel and was great at making me feel comfortable. She checked in on me several times and I felt like she really cared. Highly recommend over any of the big hospital ER's in the area. No waiting hours to be seen. New clean facilities with professional staff and Dr's. They can also do CT scans which I needed. conveniently located on US HWY 441 Mount Dora.
