I was referred to this ER by urgent care. ( My regular Doctor did not have any open appointments) The experience was amazing and Dr Cruz is an example of how excellent health care should be practiced. He listened to my concerns and answered in a respectful and compassionate tone. Once he was comfortable that I was not in critical danger he continued with test until the problem was located Excellent Doctor and Dr Cruz should offer a class on how to communicate with patients.

My experience at HCA HEALTHCARE Orlando ER was the absolute best. I arrived at the ER after having extricating pain so bad I couldn’t sleep. Dr. S and the team at the ER were all professional, kind compassionate and treated in right away. HCA Health Orlando ER…Thank you I feel much better

If you are in some serious need of help don’t go here 😂 just go right past it and turn right on conroy to AdventHealth down the street. Security guard was up there laughing loud watching YouTube videos, checking to see if his taser was working. While my wife sits there in pain from a serious headache. Nurses had no sense of urgency, but if you go down to advent, they check you right in, get your vitals, and get you in a room immediately like a damn ER is suppose to lol what’s a joke of a er , Seriously.
