I had my first appointment with HCA MFM yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience starting with the phone call to schedule my appointment. The whole whole staff, from the receptionist to the nurse and ultrasound tech were so nice, thorough, and helpful. Dr. Bivins was also very nice and thorough with the current status of my pregnancy and his recommendations going forward. A medical issue was discovered with my child later in pregnancy, so I was only able to visit this facility once before giving birth. Nonetheless, the experience was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt well cared for during a very stressful time, and I truly appreciated the support I received
I just left their office after being completely humiliated. These people don’t know what someone is going through and treated me like absolute garbage. They have been bought out by all children’s which they were also turned into All children’s for their behavior today ! I had to bring my god sister to my appointment because we have no one to just take her and watch her she’s 3. I was going in for a follow up. We sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes after signing papers which one of the papers states you can have 2 people i... read more

The staff here are so amazing and so friendly but the doctor was just extremely rude and negative. I understand the risks that come with high risk pregnancy but all he did was add to my stress. He just came off extremely rude and lacked any kind of human compassion. I’ve been seen by so many doctors and have never been spoken to in the manner that this doctor has spoken to me. He has 0 bedside manner, said extremely hurtful things to me, and has very negative energy. I wouldn’t recommend him to any pregnant mother.
