By far the most unprofessional staff. Absolutely disheartened and disgusted with the kind of attitude they have. Rude with no clear communication with patients.
Excellent care and compassionate staff.
We brought our 5 yo son to the ER around 11 PM with labored breathing, concerned it might be RSV or pneumonia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. We were taken back quickly and seen within 10 minutes. Dr. David Edwards and nurse Jasmin were amazing, they took the time to make our son feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and thoroughly explained everything. Please I am begging anyone who even THINKS of going to this ER, do yourself a favor and go to Advent or something, this is literally the worst ER I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to go three different times and each time it’s always so bad. The first time was with my infant who had stopped breathing due to an episode I came here for help and they acted like they couldn’t care less and moved extremely slow, me and my mom literally had to walk out mid care and take my baby to advent health for actual assistance from REAL nurses a... read more
Jean made me feel uncomfortable… I did not like her customer service and it was giving prejudice so I walked out and went somewhere else. Her weird comments , weird attitude, playing weird petty games and when you’re not feeling good or in pain that’s the last thing you have time for.
