For being what it was and obviously a hospital trip it was as good/great as it could be,primarily for the staff plus treatment i received exceptionally a young man named Vincent. He treated me as if I were family and for that I'm really grateful. The rest of the staff as were also great. I recommend if you jack yourself up make a special trip to largo med 😆 all jokes aside 5***** all day.
16 and a half hours sitting in an ER as a heart patient. No food offered and well over 20 blood draws. Nobody told me why all the blood. Noticable exhausted and overworked nurses. One was talking to me about my symptoms and mid sentence was distracted and walked away. I get it that you are overwhelmed and the ER is slammed. Everyone knows because you keep talking about it and it shows. Really nice experience...
This hospital saved my father in law's life back in 2021, and 4 years later, they saved mine too!! Every single doctor, nurse, etc took absolutely amazing care of me during my hospitalization. I especially want to thank the MICU nurse Matt for making me as comfortable as possible during my stay. I would also like to thank the security guard Marsha (I think that was her name, I'm sorry if I got it wrong) for trying to help jump our battery when our car died in the parking lot. The nurses and doctor at HCA were very competent and sensitive to me as this was my first accident and ride in an ambulance ever . All personnel were extremely patient and able to care for any problem I asked about . I would and have recommended HCA Emergency Care to anyone in need of this type of medical care. Thanks so much for your help and to the staff , keep up this great work !
Went to the ER this morning with severe pain from a problem in my neck and the check in nurse. Susanna was amazing. Not only Was she so busy with so many people, but was very attentive and helped me with my pain tremendously!! Would absolutely recommend this ER for emergencies
