My experience at HCA was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for, and treated with genuine compassion and professionalism. It was a good stay very attentive especially the cafeteria... Victoria is an excellent nurse who's very at her job... She made it more comfortable while I was there... It's a good hospital depending on who's working on the shift...

The team in the ER was amazing! The staff of nurses and doctors were the best. Everyone was very nice and the ER ran very efficiently. The two nurses , Caroline and Brittany , made me feel very comfortable and they were both very sweet.

From check-in, to the time I was released it was very fast and efficient!! I can only remember a couple names , Dr Remick, Marissa. The Doctor that put the staples in came back so fast when test results came in. The gentleman that checked me in at the ER got me back right away even with the shift change happening. The other ladies that took me for a CT scan and check-out were super nice and quick as well. The staff that greeted me were wonderful. I didn’t have to wait. Immediately X rayed and then CT. Then I waited 2 hours and no one came in to tell they had to wait for the radiologist to read the images. I had to go out of my room to ask what was going on. Also doctor seemed as though she couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Not the best bedside manner. She spoke using words that I had no ideas what they meant. Then they wanted to put a cast on my arm which I declined. They weren’t happy about Nice facilities.
