I am beyond disappointed with this hospital’s handling of patient care and communication. After finally finding a doctor I truly trust, I followed my electrophysiologist when he relocated to Tampa. Trust is incredibly hard to build with a physician, and I was willing to make the two-hour drive from Orlando because I believed continuity of care mattered. The team in the ER was amazing! The staff of nurses and doctors were the best. Everyone was very nice and the ER ran very efficiently. The two nurses , Caroline and Brittany , made me feel very comfortable and they were both very sweet.

The reason for the 3 star...very slow service at the time of my visit. Over 5 hours for xray and cat scan on leg plus consult. Yes ER filled up as I waited....timing. The staff were very professional patient and caring. Very clean hospital. The triage staff Dr. Lori Lawson and Loriann Santino PA were outstanding offering 5 star service!

I went to the ER for a follow up with my finger. Doctor Oscar was very rude and knew how I felt assuming that I needed pain medicine. I ended up leaving without being examined at all.. There we're no patience in the waiting room at all. I waited for 2 hours Felt extremely uncomfortable. I will go to a baycare walk in in the morning. I also paid them for the exam that apparently he was to busy to perform. I will definitely follow up as to where he practices to file a complaint as well. 16 and a half hours sitting in an ER as a heart patient. No food offered and well over 20 blood draws. Nobody told me why all the blood. Noticable exhausted and overworked nurses. One was talking to me about my symptoms and mid sentence was distracted and walked away. I get it that you are overwhelmed and the ER is slammed. Everyone knows because you keep talking about it and it shows. Really nice experience...
