I am rating the expertise and professionalism of medical staff highly but have a complaint about their referral process. My primary care doctor sends them imaging orders by fax and have documented fax receipts, but the imaging center claims to not get them. This has happened to me repeatedly. The whole process seems broken and I am told that taking the paper orders to them in person isn't allowed.

Every test that I take doctors and nurses say it's negative that's impossible from head to toe. I forgot I have a piece of metal in my right foot I'm it's okay let it stay there. #Bad Facility #Not An Expert #Not Professional

I've been a Sanford, Florida resident for many years. I've always heard negative reviews about Sanford Central Regional Hospital. My husband was a patient there many thimes during the past 2 years I have nothing but respect and excellent reviews about this hospital He was also in the rehab department several times. It was amazing. Ran smoothly, got lots of therapy, and the staff was wonderful. So, I do recommend this hospital.

The place was packed. We had to wait of course because stroke victims kept coming in. But Docs, Nurses and staff were very kind and Sweet, and thorough. I am very Grateful to everyone in the ER. ❤️🙏 I guess I have found my home hospital.!!#Expert#Good Facility#Very Professional

I was there only 2 days, I went through the ER. I could not have been treated any better. The staff was friendly and thorough. I was very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this hospital, they are great

Scientifichorrer movie. Traumatized me. My boyfriend past away recently. I. am walking over a power stalker that the cops chased me in a burgerking over him. Funny how security at same time is in ER now. protect themselves. I had the flu. They ask no questions when tired sleeping. I walk with arthritis at times. Use a drink as an excuse. Anyway they lost my job boxer bag with my tablet, 50.00 my 11900phone, my horse shampoo,bmakeup jewery etc. Can you pay a cab I said yes. Someone days we will get her one. Can honestly say that I am not at all happy with my wife's experience with RMCBP. She came in with Chest pain, nasty headache and high blood pressure. The ER wasn't bad although they focused on the chest pain and blood pressure. When she was finally able to get a room, her blood pressure had come down, the chest pain was gone and the headache remained... and still horrible. It was mentioned yet nothing was done. I had my dad transported there from a nursing home. The ER team immediately called a code Sepsis and started emergency procedures on my dad. I cannot say how impressed I am on how quickly they reacted to my dad deteriorating condition. My dad was transported to 3 west. His nurses there was wonderful. After hearing about a need to transport him to ICU, the nurse did everything she could to start emergent care on my father in preparation for ICU.
