ER is NOT pleasant experience! Staff is nice, but far from being trained properly in emergency, triage, etc. Having been in medicine nearly 40 years, at least half in ER/critical care, would not have felt safe at all in̈ this ER, if I didn't know what was happening and when to refuse treatments ordered simply for another charge. Physician wouldn't ever be my choice! Disrespectful, calling me Mama! Look up my name on my chart and use it!!
I arrived by ambulance and they tools extra care of me they done all tests and decided I needed to go be admitted to the hospital in Lake City for my problems I had, thank you HCA emergency room in Live Oak,FL
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and paid.Great attention to my needs
The personal are top notch and the nurses and technicians are very, very personable with a willing to serve you in any way!
