I was We'll taken care of from the time I entered the door til I was sent upstairs
I’ve utilized the ER at HCA Lake City several times but my latest visit was was much improved than other visits !! Everyone was kind, compassionate, speedy and efficient. I was kept informed of my status and test results. I felt like I mattered
They lost my medicine. They did not go through their normal process of documenting the patient and submitting the medicine to Security.
Went to the ER on a Saturday afternoon because I was not feeling well for about four days. I wasn’t able to keep anything down so I was very weak and dehydrated. I had zero wait time as they took me in right away. Once I was in a room, the doctor came in right away and ordered test Including starting an IV. The physician and nurses were awesome. I had some abdominal pain as well. The doctor also ordered a CT scan and unfortunately, there was no one on staff that could do the scan. That would be my only complaint. The doctor ... read more
