Going to the doctor is never fun, especially when you suspect a problem. Dr. Leyendecker and the entire staff was caring and explaining everything. They made me feel like a person. They put me at ease. They talked to me - not over my head. I walked out feeling heard, understood and much more comfortable with how to take care of myself.
The staff here is extremely helpful and nice. They send you appointment confirmation. They also call to remind you of your next appointment and Dr. Collins is the best.
I’ve called multiple times just for someone to get on and say ,”can you hold” without even saying good morning. I couldn’t even make an appointment. Super unprofessional staff!
I always feel at home, the staff is wonderful in the palm beach office. They're very friendly and truly care about you. Dr Collins is the best Dr! He delivered both of my sons and will soon be delivering my daughter :) they're all compassionate, professional and a pleasure to share this wonderful, once in a lifetime experience with!
