For me this office is always a great experience, the staff is friendly, kind and professional. checking in and out never a problem. Dr. Bowen is very gentle and listens she never rushes you.Ive been going to this office for over 5 yrs and I still think it's the best.

I love that everyone is polite, professional and shows empathy for my issues. Excellent customer service skills. I wouldn't change my provider for anyone. Dr. Collins and the rest of the staff are the best I’ve experienced in West Palm Beach area.

Very bad experience as a new patient. I had an appointment booked for over 3 weeks. They called me to say they couldn’t verify my insurance while I know the provider is in network. They asked me to email them my insurance card which I did. They said if I don’t hear from them. That means I am ok. Insurance verified. They did not contact me. That means I am ok. Staff was extremely professional and kind! My first time at this location. I normally go to the Jupiter office. Dr. Collins listened to me and was very knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations & explained why he was giving the recommendation. I would definitely recommend!
