I found Lauren and the staff very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help .
Terrible service! Cannot be reached! Says their hours are from 9:00 to 4:00! Well you can call at 10:00- 11:00 and so forth and no one answers! Then they close for lunch from 12:00-1:00! Well i called at 2:00-3:00 and still no one! Then i finally got someone and they left me on hold for 30 minutes! I finally hung up. Still no call back for results of a test i took 5 days ago!
Staff are Caring, courteous and extremely pleasant. When I see Lauren, it’s usually right on time or before. Sometimes have to wait past the appointment time to see the doctor but he’s extremely busy because the practice is so good I wouldn’t go anywhere else
This office is the BEST I’ve ever experienced! Professional~ Caring~ Helpful and ever so friendly! Cannot recommend enough.
