The receptionist on the phone was very rude and would not let me explain my symptoms.
I am so thankful for the care and professionalism that Dr. Sean Johnson provided my mother. She was very nervous but Dr. Johnson put her at ease taking his time to explain the procedure. We also were pleasantly surprised to see the surgical team introduce themselves and answer questions prior to the surgery. At the follow up visit again Dr. Johnson demonstrated his special touch being personable and once again taking his time to go over the much awaited result.
