Staff nurses are professional for the most part. Had issues with ordering required health care items and had to expense out of pocket. Finally after three weeks they ordered woth deliv et y another week. Truly underperforming support to the customer, especially because I gave them all the contact information they needed
Excellent care.
Made my mom cry. I guess they sounded too cheerful about denying her care.
