First of all, if not for this specialized Rehab facility, my best friend wouldn't be where he is now following a massive stroke affecting his speech. I called several times to get him accepted, and going through insurance was extremely pricey. A wonderful and extremely compassionate lady named Kathy, went above and beyond to help. She not only got him into the speech therapy program he so desperately needed, she managed to get an adjustment for out of pocket expense to help us financially. All ok but I did all check in on the phone while I made appointment and she took all my information but never inputted the numbers. So the check in guy didn’t have my information. So my point what the purpose of giving it out on the phone and preregistration if they don’t put it in ? But service quick and pretty prompt.
