The entire staff I encountered were all very kind and welcoming. From the guy at the front desk to the lady at window 5 today who helped checked me in to the lady who did my bloodwork. All very professional, extra kind, and went above and beyond. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Was educated on the app and scheduling. Thank you all so much for making it so easy and comfortable for me.
Crappy place made us sit in the waiting room since 3 just to tell me they didn't have the paper work that was sent 3 times once in the morning and 2 more times in the afternoon . That the lady needed to leave to get her kid and they would have to reschedule. This is at almost 5 in the afternoon the appointment was made 3 weeks prior! This place really needs to get there crap together we drove from Youngstown and my kid missed school and has been in pain waiting for this appointment !
Can't get anyone to answer the phone
My daughter has special needs and the guy that sits at the desk is rude and not helpful at all. There is another lady that sits there as well and she is awesome. This guy's needs to learn customer service or find a job that doesn't deal with the public. It made my daughter anxiety spike. Not cool .... The lady that does the blood work is so amazing that is why we come here. This guy is ruining it for them
The rehabilitation team rocks! Beth and Kathy are so friendly and caring. Amazing people. I've seen great results with my care. Holly at reception is also very friendly and welcoming.
