Called for appointment but told to just walk in at my convenience. Arrived at 7a when they opened and waited almost two hours to be called because patients with appointments go first. I certainly understand and agree with the concept but then the advice to just show up is unforgivable.

I've always had a great experience there .Also depends on what time of day you show up concerning wait time. I always go late afternoon for blood work. In and out in under 25/30 mins Go early morning you'll have a wait.

The entire staff I encountered were all very kind and welcoming. From the guy at the front desk to the lady at window 5 today who helped checked me in to the lady who did my bloodwork. All very professional, extra kind, and went above and beyond. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Was educated on the app and scheduling. Thank you all so much for making it so easy and comfortable for me.
