Wonderful experience, very polite and curteous. Would give 4-5 star rating.
I give the hospital a three star because I think they try really hard. I would imagine some nurses are better than others. I had a big issue with Dr. Valerie Gironda. I found her very condescending while texting on her phone and smiling during my visit. She's lacking in bedside manner and people skills. I will be doing more reviews on her. I've been a nurse for 30 years. I saw what I saw
The ER visit was great. I was transferred there with chest pains. Bloodwork showed critical hemoglobin levels, so Dr. decided to send me out for blood transfusion. Before I left she did a chest x-ray and discovered I also had a blood clot in my lungs. They gave me prompt care. They found out in a very timely manner what was going on with me and got me where I needed to be asap. I don’t remember the Dr or NP that cared for me that morning, but she was spot on with diagnosis. I had a life threatening situation that turned out ... read more
