From the moment I arrived until the time I was discharged, every member of the hospital team provided exceptional care. Doctor Aronoff took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Everyone was professional and attentive. I am very grateful to the entire team and especially to Nurse Theresa who consistently went above and beyond, and provided exceptional care. Thank you for the outstanding care and dedication. Horrible experience extremely poor service from Nurse Patricia and Nurse Erika strongly advise that these two nurses be reprimanded for racial profiling and discrimination. I came in pain and left in pain and was treated poorly.
Exelant ER, Exelant Room, Excellent Nurses , But .. the manager have to watch the workers when we call to ask questions, if they sent the results to my Doctor,..! At least they have to learn to represent the hospital, and the service, and NOT said allo and we don't know who's answering to us....! Very bad management.. Need to be FEX. Please
