Although it was a horrible time for me and my heart…. The ER, the nurses, doctors, attendants….everybody ….was exceptionally professional and so kind. I was on vacation, so I was fortunate to come to this amazing hospital. Thank you ….(Photo: my hair was a mess, so Nurse Joi helped me prepare for my heart procedure.)
Being severely understaffed "once in a while" is one thing.... Being severely understaffed "all the time" is completely unacceptable, particularly when an ER visit runs in the thousands of dollars.!!!
Was treated very very good. Very kiind and was well taken care of.
