Had a Tele Health Visit. The doctor forgot to mute the call during his review with Dr. Chase, and I heard EVERYTHING that was said. You should hear how they talk about patients behind their backs. I will never use them again! I've been a patient with them for over 7 years. Never again.There is no conitinuity as items are left out of records too. Horrible!

I could not ask for better care from the front desk to my doctor. 100% nothing but complete compassion and respect. Dr. Avery & Dr. Walsh are both awesome and make you feel like you are the only patient they have when they are with you.

I have been calling for weeks to get in touch with my pcp and set up a teleconference or regular appointment. I choose my dr. option when printed and then it rings and rings. today I let it ring for 10 mins. I really need to see my doctor. very unacceptable
Very disappointed! Your front desk help was as rude as i have ever seen in the medical business! Got there early to fill out paperwork. Could not hear the lady behind the counter very well due to the fact that she wouldnt open the glass. Was asked if i had a mask. I said no ma’am and ask if it was required. She rolled her eyes and stormed off! There was a lady sitting in the waiting area with her mask below her face as she was coughing and hacking WITHOUT covering her face what so ever!
