I wish could give 0 stars. I went to this facility last night feeling unwell after an episode of diarrhea, and I didn't have a good experience. It is very unpleasant to seek care and feel like you are being treated as a number rather than a human being. I refused a test that I didn't think was necessary, and that’s when things changed. Dr. Kristopher Perez asked me to sign a refusal form and then left me in the exam room. He never came back to give me or explain the lab results.
