Time spent in Urgent care at HCA Clearwater was fine. Facility was close to my home and had been there once before. My brother 80 years old with dementia was seen promptly . 4 days later I called facility to get results of urine culture and was told I had to download app which I did. I ran into difficulty and was locked out. I have been on myhealthone support line on HOLD for 25 minutes. No way is this good medical service.
