I visited HCA Florida Citrus Hospital imaging Center for a thyroid ultrasound. I Received first class service from SUSAN who not only registered me but reminded me that there would be a discount if I paid my co-pay that very same day. SUSAN was professional engaging and it was evident. She knew her job well and she was all about customer service. Ashton is pleasant and very friendly. Everyone involved with the Mammo dept was great.
I had pre-op testing here and it was great. All the staff was kind and accommodating. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen for my appointments. I felt genuinely concerned about and cared for here. This is my “go to” from now on. Thank you!
