I tell you from start to finish this was truly an excellent experience. I had 2 hernias yet that changed the day of surgery Oct 15th to 3 . I had my pre - op the week before and the team in the in that department were super awesome so sweet made sure I knew which door I should go in , she as well gave me a pocket hug little rock how sweet . My anxiety was not off the charts the day of the surgery . I Received first class service from SUSAN who not only registered me but reminded me that there would be a discount if I paid my co-pay that very same day. SUSAN was professional engaging and it was evident. She knew her job well and she was all about customer service.
