Melissa Adams your nurse administrator is a life saver. She actually cares about people and has compassion. She makes sure everything is running how it is supposed to and she will jump right in if needed! ❤❤
I have been there for xray and mammography. Quick service, short wait, efficient & friendly staff
The scheduling dept. has real problems. My doctor's office has to resend referrals multiple times before HCA says they got it. This happens almost every time I have a mammogram. Ridiculous. And when I finally got in this time, the tech had such a hard time getting the left side done (she did it twice) because of a shoulder problem I have, that I now have to go back and repeat the test. Sure hope I get someone else. Not happy!
Amy and Melody were so awesome. Two hours of skull mri's is no fun but they were very calm, encouraging, and helpful to me. I appreciate all the HCA services we have in our county. Couldn't be better!
