This was my first EVER emergency room experience. I entered in a lot of pain and was super scared I would need surgery. The nurse who took care of me, Sara, was amazing. She explained everything she was doing, got the IV in my arm before I knew what was happening and overall just made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone in the ER who contributed to my care were calm, pleasant and made me feel like I was the only patient there that day. I would not hesitate to go there again although I hope I never have to!
