My sister came to this emergency room after several days of worsening abdominal pain, only weeks after a hysterectomy. She arrived around 3:40 pm. I arrived around 6:10 p.m. after she called and asked me to advocate for her. By then, she had already had a CT scan and had been told she did not need surgery, which was reassuring. I went there for pain and dizziness and was told to go home and take Tylenol, no one tried to see what was actually wrong with me . I waited almost 2 hours for a shot that I never got, so I left and went somewhere else.
My experience was excellent or the nurses the doctor everyone Alex Carlos, Dr. Ortiz and Taylor they are the best team
The staff was very nice. Sadly, they got my paperwork diagnosis wrong.
